Victor Granados, who has been in the real estate business for nearly 6 years, created this company in 2008. Prior to going out on his own, he worked for a local real estate office in La Paz, BCS. In this short time, Victor Granados has developed a stellar reputation. His knowledge of the local real estate market, his cooperation with other real estate agencies and his ability to motivate others to generate sales and prospects are well known in the community. Edith Gonzalez is a native of La Paz, BCS and is the responsible for the administration of South Baja Properties. She assists with the due diligence and management of the necessary documentation for closing the deals with our clients, both sellers and buyers. Her effort has helped to provide South Baja Properties the documentation on time and building strong relationships with our services providers.

Bruno Jimenez

Even though Bruno Jimenez is not a native of La Paz, he is truly in love with our beautiful city on the bay. He has spent over four years working in real estate here and has become a vital part of this highly successful team. Being a realtor in La Paz has enabled him to discover many new and exciting places in Baja California Sur. He will do everything in his power to assure that his clients and friends are able to acquire their own piece of paradise in this amazing state.

Samir Sotelo

Samir Sotelo is a fourth generation native of La Paz. He studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and has worked in real estate locally for five years.
